First things first:
The truth is, work has got me bogged down. I no longer have the disposable time I've had before and what I do during the day is enough to keep me from wanting to be on the computer at all during the night. Along those same lines, I guess you could say I'm suffering from 'a life' syndrome, where, before, not having a life meant more time for me to interact with the community and work on fun things or help people out with their issues. Now that I (kind of) have a life, that's not so much the case.
To help me feel less overwhelmed, unfortunately, I think I'm going to drop some existing projects. For one, I think I'm pulling the rug out from under ZenDoc. Luckily it's all PHP based so anyone who wants to, can update it all they want on their own (I will keep the site up and source available for download). My Mii Editor has also been a little draining so I think I'll probably stop development on that one as well (especially in light of the recent setback). As with ZenDoc, the site will remain active.
Along a similar thread, I think I'm going to redesign the site soon. That will probably be my next, big project. And not just a new look, but using a CMS other than this hacked together flat-file system that I started developing back in college (7 years ago?) out of necessity because of lacking DB access. A big part of that transition will be getting my existing content migrated over into the new system. I don't know how long that will take, but it could be a while before you see anything. So when I say soon, I mean within the next decade.
Other than that, hopefully I can find some free time at work to get back into the groove again - getting back to checking in on my favorite forums and helping people with their issues. In the mean time, if you're in the San Francisco area, you can usually catch me hanging out at a user group every now and again.
